From Noon to 2 pm set up tables and prepare the Hall to receive pieces entered in the Show.

Entered pieces will be accepted from 2 pm until 8 pm only. Please stay after this and help set up if you can.

JUDGING:  9 am until 5 pm.   Judges and Stewards only to be admitted during this period.

6 pm to 8 pm – Show is Open to the public and a light meal will be provided.

9.30am to 4 pm – Show is open to the public and refreshments will be available.

 3.00 pm  Announcement of Winners and Presentation of Trophies.

 4 pm  Show closes to the public.

 4.05 pm to 5.45 pm  Collection of exhibits, clean up, etc.  Volunteers welcome to help.
