Booth and Table Displays

As in past years, there will a wide range of products and services on display and for sale at this year's Show. A list of those already booked is here.

It's not too late to try to book either a display booth or a table if you need one because, although the booking deadline has passed, there may be a cancellation so please read on for the details and then contact us to check availability.   1. BOOTHS are available on the following basis: --
    •                                  Single           Double
      MEMBERS:            $290              $450
      NON-MEMBERS:  $330              $530

      TABLE ONLY SPACE (1)     $60
  1. BOOTH TABLE HIRE:  $20 each (when ordered with booth, if needed).

  2. CHAIRS:  To be supplied by CAA for booth use at no charge.

  3. Payment MUST be included with your application, thus guaranteeing your Booth or Table and avoiding any disappointments. (Sorry, no exceptions)

  4. Booth Hire CUT OFF DATE is Monday, 27th SEPTEMBER 2004.

  5. Booths are supplied with back & side walls (suitable for using velcro fixings) and are approximately 3m x 3m for single, 6m x 3m for a double.

  6. If you require power please bring your own power board and extension cords.

  7. The SCHOOL AUDITORIUM will be available for you to set up your booth on: Thursday 7th October, 2pm till 8pm and Saturday 9th October, 7am till 9am ONLY
  8. Booths must NOT be dismantled prior to 4.00 pm on Sunday, 10th October 2004.

  9. RETAIL PRICES ONLY TO BE DISPLAYED - Wholesale prices to Studios on request.

  10. DISCOUNTING will be allowed during the Show as long as it is marked "SHOW SPECIAL". However, no Show Specials will be allowed during presentation of awards.

  11. All care will be taken with regard to Booths, but the responsibility of insurance etc. rests with the booth holder and NOT the Association.

  12. Clay, slip, greenware and soft fired bisque, are items that are prohibited from sale, due to the possible mess from spills and broken pieces.

  13. NO loose straw, hay or any mess making props are to be used for decorating booths, walls or floors.

  14. CLEANING OF BOOTHS & HALL - Each booth holder is responsible for the cleaning of their booth and allocated floor area in the gymnasium after the close of the Show.
