We've had some wonderful volunteers help at the Ceramic Art Shows in previous years, both men and women, young and not so young.

Now we need some equally wonderful people to help at this year's Show at West Pennant Hills – the first time we have used this venue.  Here is the Show Timetable.

The Show needs extra people to help set up Display Tables in the Hall on Thursday, 13th August, from noon until 2pm, and from then until 8pm to document and lay out the ceramic competition pieces as they arrive.  Also, at the end of the Show, after 4pm on Saturday, 15th August, help is needed to put the tables and chairs away and help clear up. Strong men would be particularly helpful for moving the tables.

Stewards: During the Judging on Friday each judge is assisted by a Steward, and other Stewards handle tasks like recording of results and writing prize certificates.  If you have never volunteered to be a Steward before you may like to find out more about the job by speaking to the CAA President, Kerrie Girard.  By all accounts it's an interesting job and you can learn a lot about ceramics in the process.
