Terms and Conditions
under which the CAA-NSW provides Member Profile Pages on this web site |

| The CAA-NSW offers to host on its web site a simple Member Profile for each financial member of the Association who wishes to have one. The limits on the size and scope of these Profiles are given on our web site via the Guidelines page. Except for Corporate Members who receive a free Profile page, the charge for providing this service is currently $25 per annum per Profile, with an additional initial set-up fee of $10 per Profile. These charges are set by the CAA-NSW Committee and are reviewed annually. Any changes will be notified via the web site and via the Association's newsletter and via membership-fee reminder notices sent to each member at the end of each financial year. The creation of the page (if required) and the incorporation into the CAA web site will be done with care, but is done by volunteers and on a "best endeavours" basis, but no legal responsibility or liability can be accepted for the results or any effects on the Member's business. The Member is responsible for checking that the content of his/her particular Profile is correct and remains up-to-date. The Member should inform the CAA Web-clerk of any changes needed at any time. Informing the CAA Committee of address or business changes may not result in that information being passed to the Web-clerk in a timely manner. Therefore the Web-clerk should be informed separately - preferably via e-mail. The publishing of the Profile information on the web is currently done via the Hosting Service Provider - Unlimited-space.com - and is therefore also subject to the Terms and Conditions published on that company's web site. The Service Provider's Terms and Conditions also spell out service provisions such as web site "up-time", speed of access, etc. Please read the Hosting Service Terms and Conditions as part of these Profile Terms and Conditions. Paying the Annual Fee for a Profile Page is a sign that the Member has read and accepted all these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change by the CAA-NSW Committee from time to time, in which case Notice of any such change will be provided to all current Profile owners and will also be broadcast on the web site itself.
